They are a full service agency so you’ll need to have a good working knowledge of TV, digital and social and some media planning capabilities would certainly help.
To have a minimum of 5 years experience as a planner in an agency or consultancy and be happy thinking on your feet and leading important presentations.
You’ll ideally have some training in behavioural economics, be skilled at moderating groups and briefing and analysing quantitative research.
